We have therefore established a separate pensions unit,
dedicated to providing specialist advice in this complex
area.
We recognise that IT-based solutions are key to offering
employers cost-effective solutions that provide a simple,
straightforward savings platform for employees’ and
employers’ pension contributions. Because we are not
tied to any individual pensions provider, we can keep abreast
of all the developments on offer, particularly in relation
the rapidly-evolving IT solutions available.
The pensions legislation changes made on 5 April 2006 will
make efficient pensions planning even more critical. We
are already working with both large and small companies
and we will continue to develop bespoke solutions that meet
the expectations and needs of employers and employees. |
